    The client challenged us to reduce the traveling cost and carbon footprint of their 140,000 employees.

    • The company was spending enormous time and money in travelling delegates worldwide. With CISCO Tele Presence the company wanted to reduce travelling cost and carbon footprint.
    • Fortune 50 collaborated with Pepper Square to design a new intuitive user interface for a conference room booking application that is integrated with CISCO Tele Presence, which the company uses across the globe.

    Our solution

    Redesign their conference room booking application and integrate with CISCO Tele Presence.

    Redesigned the tool with a simple and intuitive UI UX design.

    There was resistance from the client to use JQuery but Pepper Square team helped them recognize the software’s importance.

    Created the visual design based on the ‘Don’t make the think approach’ for easy usage without the need for any training.

    Developed the user Interface using JQuery technology and integrated it with a customized .Net component.

    The program leader was based out of France, hence the communication had to be precise while keeping everybody at Bengaluru office in sync.
