What is this job all about?
As an Senior SEO Analyst at Pepper Square you will be responsible for driving qualified traffic to our clients and improving conversion rates through the organic channel. You will work with a high-energy team of designers, engineers, creative writers and growth experts to grow key business metrics.
Skills
Technical:
- Must have – Technical tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AdWords.
- Good to have – Running PPC and LinkedIn campaigns.
Others:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English with interpersonal skills.
- Content marketing and content growth.
- Experience in providing marketing inputs to increase visibility, ensuring it matches the brand/product/service strategy and vision.
Your job consists of
- Collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team to drive organic growth initiatives.
- Conduct detailed SERP analysis for critical head terms on an ongoing basis.
- Optimize on-page content and internal link structure for head terms.
- Lead efforts in researching and categorizing long-tail keywords.
- Develop and execute strategies for generating new content that targets relevant long-tail queries.
- Analyze backlinks for our client's website and their competitors, identifying new linking opportunities and monitoring link quality.
- Support social and content teams by providing target terms, anchor text, and landing pages for off-domain content to enhance Page Authority for key pages.
- Identify and address crawl errors, sitemaps, site speed issues, and other technical concerns that may impact rankings.
- Regularly report on essential SEO KPIs, including Ranking, Traffic, CTR, Conversion, and CPA.
