Learning is a never-ending process, and when it comes to Pepper Square, I believe it is one of the best places to learn.

It is a lovable company with a mix of exciting and challenging projects and employee satisfaction at the same time. I have rarely seen companies talking about personal growth. This is one of those places where every day is one more step towards professional as well as personal growth.

When I met my teachers after the internship, they were quite shocked and happy to see me talk. They were always worried about me not being confident enough to speak in public. They were excited to see me talking confidently and explaining the kind of work I do.

At Pepper Square, I have learned everything that they don’t teach you at school and colleges. Pepper Square is more like a family to me, and families need not always be blood-related.

My fun filled, multi facet and highly rigorous six months internship at the most exciting workplace.

My internship at Pepper Square was a rigorous six-month process that included all facets involved in building a product. At the core of any product lies the vision, the process, the people and, most importantly, the health of the people involved – my most exceptional learning here. Interning at Pepper Square was fun with exciting opportunities to actively participate in every project.

From pushing me to write better code to inspire me for my first 10k run and encouraging me towards taking needful initiatives for the environment, Pepper Square has given me everything and more.

The life-changing journey began from the day I joined Pepper Square.

I really like working here because the exposure I have got in the last 1 year is amazing. All the projects are different, with different learnings. For me, I am not working at Pepper Square but practicing here, just like doctors say that they are practicing at their clinic.

On a personal level, I have also changed a lot; I realized this only after I made a recent trip to Bhopal. All the people I met there were amazed to see how in less than a year, I have changed in terms of my attitude and outlook on life. For example, I went from being completely impatient to having a lot of patience.

Additionally, the weekly Mad Max trips are just amazing.

Pulkit is now a Senior Business Analyst at Reward 360.

Pepper Square is a place of wisdom.

During my tenure at Pepper Square, I have not only had the privilege to flourish in my career but the company has also helped me gather wisdom.

I thank the entire team that keeps me motivated and wish them all the best.

Motivational sessions with Muki (The CEO) inspired me for a better and healthier life.

Big city, giant buildings, and impatient traffic, it was my first time in Bangalore. I came here for an internship in Design at Pepper Square.

In the first week, my only task was to observe and interact with people around. Second week onwards, I was assigned work that helped me enhance my basic design skills and trained me for upcoming challenges. My place was an open desk where everyone could see each other and interact. It felt like a classroom where I was having fun while learning.

Motivational sessions with Muki inspired me for a better life and health. Two months at Pepper Square and I am carrying back improved design skills, a mind inspired for a better life and tons of memories. Thank You, Pepper Square!

My three months internship at Pepper Square was one of the best part of my MCA curriculum.

Working as an intern at Pepper Square gave me huge exposure as to how the industry works.

While the internship period went on, the mobile development team gave me immense support. As a novice programmer my journey would have been very difficult without Dande Sai. He guided me throughout and simplified the complexity of the assigned task.

Apart from work and technology, Pepper Square taught me healthy living and positive thinking. The aura and level of energy here is at a different level. The warmth I received back touched me and I am glad I have been a part of this team.

Pepper Square taught me how to lead a healthy and fit life.

The summer of 2017 brought along an opportunity to intern at Pepper Square for 2 months. Being a fresher, I was quite nervous. But the atmosphere was comfortable enough to make me feel relaxed.

People here are generous and helpful. To name a few, Muki’s storytelling, Akshay’s amazing icons, Abhishek’s valuable tips, Punith’s passion for gardening, and reviews by Alka, Pulkit and Nilesh.

As a design intern, I not only learned about design but also got a chance to see how the entire business model works. It is the enthusiasm and the motivation here that made me learn and work harder.

Pepper Square taught me how to lead a healthy and fit life. Everything I learned here surely makes a huge difference in my life.

My three months internship at Pepper Square was one of the most happening workplaces of my life.

I went through rigorous training in my 3 months internship at Pepper Square, and my take-home is, “It doesn’t matter how good your idea is. If it is poorly executed, no one is going to use it”.

It was an internship that opened my eyes to a new way of looking at things; from a user’s perspective rather than a developer’s. The entire design team was supportive and answered all my questions while patiently mentoring me.

One thing that makes my internship different is the overall exposure. I was exposed to real-world business and got a chance to meet clients and hear their requirements.

Experiences are what I am taking with me, as Muki says, “Experience is proprietary.

Pepper Square is all about creating a life-life balance!

I have got tremendous opportunities and exposure to refine myself, both personally and professionally. I have had the freedom to experiment and figure out the best path to achieve project-specific goals.

I often come across people saying that their companies promote a positive working environment. But my company fosters a positive and healthy ‘living’ environment.

To sum up my experience so far, I am learning to LIVE! Monday blues are long gone. I love coming here every single day.

Pepper Square was the first employer who gave me my pay cheque when the company just started making revenue.

However, it is not the money that is important, but the training that I received, which set a high standard for me. Thinking big with a positive outlook, enthusiasm and hard work have been my key takeaways from Pepper Square.
