Technical:
- Must have – Client, Project, Risk, Time and People management.
- Good to have – Talent Acquisition experience and US B1/B2 visa.

- Exhibits strong organisational and leadership skills to streamline processes, prioritise tasks, and ensure efficient project execution.
- Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fostering clear and transparent communication with clients and internal teams.
Your job consists of
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives thoroughly.
- Measure, monitor, and manage the performance of the team members to ensure speed and efficiency with all the deliveries.
- Own project budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements.
- Identify and manage engagement risks and flag issues proactively.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients, fostering strong client relationships.
- Lead and coach cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Accountable for achieving strategic project objectives.
- Produce monthly/quarterly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on trends, changes, and competitor actions that could impact the client's business.
