As a Program Manager, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time every time meeting client needs. Leading diverse teams with innovative approaches for project success while driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling services.


  • Must have – Client, Project, Risk, Time and People management.
  • Good to have – Talent Acquisition experience and US B1/B2 visa.


  • Demonstrates creative thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Possesses an impactful presentation style, effectively communicating ideas and strategies to stakeholders and team members.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams of 50+ individuals, inspiring them to achieve high-performance outcomes.
  • Exhibits strong organisational and leadership skills to streamline processes, prioritise tasks, and ensure efficient project execution.
  • Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fostering clear and transparent communication with clients and internal teams.

Your job consists of

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives thoroughly.
  • Measure, monitor, and manage the performance of the team members to ensure speed and efficiency with all the deliveries.
  • Own project budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements.
  • Identify and manage engagement risks and flag issues proactively.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Lead and coach cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Accountable for achieving strategic project objectives.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on trends, changes, and competitor actions that could impact the client's business.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar fields.
