What is this job all about?
You will be responsible to gather and interpret market research data by conducting surveys, analyzing data, and generating reports, and presenting the findings to identify market trends and opportunities.
Skills
Technical:
- Must have – Experience using varied sources (web, research papers, market insights, etc.) and expert in using tools like Survey Monkey, Mind Map and Office 365.
- Good to have – Experience working with Figma, Campaign Management, Linkedin Sales Navigator.
Others:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Your job consists of
- Involving in both primary and secondary research.
- Ability to locate and procure information from established and original sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence, including Design, Development, sales, and marketing teams.
- Analyze and interpret information from raw data and provide actionable insights.
- Track industries and understand enterprises’ focus areas/needs and service providers/vendors capabilities.
- Work on custom research engagements to generate data, and client-focused reports, briefings, and presentations on the specific industry.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations on research findings, trends, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor industry news, regulations, and technological advancements that may impact the IT services market.
