As the Head of Video Production, your role is to be both creative and technically skilled in order to tell an inspiring story. You play a vital role in capturing and maintaining user attention by creating compelling films that are perfectly crafted based on behavioural science.
Skills
Technical:
- Must have – Screenwriting, storytelling, editing, cinematography, creative strategy, sound editing, visualization, research, tools and techniques of film making.
- Good to have – Special effects, 3D, motion graphics, VFX and compositing.
Others:

Your job consists of
- Create a workspace that promotes creativity, productivity, and well-being.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and potential customers by serving as their video consultant.
- Formulate effective video strategies by studying industry best practices and utilizing them to enhance Pepper Square's offerings.
- Provide complete creative direction, from the initial concept to the final execution, to ensure clients' expectations are met.
- Select crew members and casting, scouting locations, developing scripts, designing sets, adjusting lighting and framing, directing actors, musicians, and other artists, as well as editing work with post-production staff.
- Work with animators and motion graphics designers to amplify the visuals.
- Bring clarity and lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and quality of video production to ensure that clients are satisfied with the final product. Aim to reduce production costs with every shoot.
- Work with third-party providers for equipment and tool rentals.
- Closely work with sales and marketing teams to define asset roadmap for new services/products.
- Participate in creative briefing and brainstorming with various teams.
