What is this job all about?

Vigorously pursue potential prospects/leads within the specified industries using strategies such as Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Outreach on LinkedIn, and Account Mining.


  • Must have – Good command over Cold Calling, Campaign Management, Prospect Relationship building, CRM tools, Office 365 and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Good to have – Industry insights in UX Design, Digital Videos and Digital Engineering.

  • Closure mentality and desire to earn incentives beyond the base salary.
  • Solid grasp of cold calling methodologies.

Your job consists of

  • Create and implement strategies for cold calling.
  • Vigorously pursue fresh leads.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads and aid them in closure.
  • Interact with prospects to understand requirements, identify their pain points, and suggest suitable service offerings.
  • Provide precise inputs gathered from the prospects for presentation, proposal, and POC.
  • Establish rapport and build relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Management. MBA will be a plus.
