Skills
Technical:
- Must have – Good command over Cold Calling, Campaign Management, Prospect Relationship building, CRM tools, Office 365 and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Good to have – Industry insights in UX Design, Digital Videos and Digital Engineering.
Others:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active Listening.
- Proactive approach to meet the set target.
- Closure mentality and desire to earn incentives beyond the base salary.
- Solid grasp of cold calling methodologies.
Your job consists of
- Create and implement strategies for cold calling.
- Vigorously pursue fresh leads.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads and aid them in closure.
- Interact with prospects to understand requirements, identify their pain points, and suggest suitable service offerings.
- Provide precise inputs gathered from the prospects for presentation, proposal, and POC.
- Establish rapport and build relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
