What is this job all about?

What You Will Own:

• Lead a team of Software Engineers with 60% hands-on coding and 40% technical leadership

• Architect scalable, performant, and maintainable systems aligned to client objectives

• Convert repeatable delivery patterns into reusable accelerators and platforms

• Drive code quality, production standards, engineering best practices, and incident ownership

• Improve multi-account delivery velocity and measurable engineering outcomes

• Design and ship production-grade applications end-to-end

• Embed AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Copilot, tool-calling, RAG flows)

• Own CI/CD, observability, caching, migrations, blue/green deployments

• Ensure security best practices (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, threat modeling where applicable)

• Evaluate architecture decisions using metrics, SLO adherence

• Identify automation opportunities across delivery programs

• Build CLI tools, scaffolds, CI/CD templates, and internal accelerators

• Promote reuse adoption across accounts (target ≥30%)

• Reduce MTTR through structured incident management and postmortems

• Align engineering execution with measurable business impact

• Contribute to technical discovery, estimates, and SoW assumptions

• Design architectural blueprints aligned to scalability and long-term maintainability

• Partner with Sales and Pre-sales during solutioning phases

• Act as engineering point of contact across programs

• Drive transparency in delivery health and risk management

What Makes You Fit:

• 8-10 years of strong engineering experience in modern web/mobile/business app ecosystems

• Human in the loop AI driven software development

• Expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript and strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js, Node / NestJS

• Proven experience shipping production applications end-to-end

• Strong system design and architectural thinking

• Experience in consulting-style or multi-account delivery environments

• Ownership mindset with measurable delivery impact
