Brands today are discovered not just through search engines but also via AI-driven answers, social platforms, and omnichannel touchpoints. As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will plan and execute growth strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital channels. Your role will combine SEO, content strategy, paid campaigns, and analytics to improve brand awareness and drive measurable results for Pepper Square, its clients, and its group companies. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the brand is discoverable, trusted, and consistently visible across both traditional search and emerging AI platforms.
Experience: 6-8 years
Location: Bengaluru

Technical

  • Must have - Integrated Digital Strategy, Performance Marketing, SEO & AI Visibility Optimization, Data & Analytics, Marketing Automation, Conversion Optimization and Digital PR & Brand Authority.
  • Good to have - International digital strategies and execution for US markets, marketing APIs, and CRM integrations.

Your job consists of

Strategic Thinking: Define and execute omnichannel marketing strategies integrating SEO, paid campaigns, content, and analytics for sustained business growth.
Leadership: Build and lead a digital marketing team that collaborates seamlessly with design and tech to deliver measurable outcomes.
Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of AI-led discovery models, evolving SERP behaviors, and cross-channel attribution strategies.
Analytical Skills: Leverage data platforms and AI-driven insights to optimize spend efficiency, ROI, and marketing attribution.
Collaboration: Partner with internal and client teams to align digital strategy with brand, UX, and business objectives.
Supervisory Responsibility: Lead and mentor specialists across Omnichannel marketing team.
Relationship Building: Develop partnerships with publishers, digital communities, and AI ecosystems to amplify reach and reputation.
Adaptability: Evolve marketing playbooks quickly in response to changing algorithms, user behavior, and emerging platforms.
Result Oriented: Deliver growth in visibility, traffic, conversions, and brand authority through data-backed experimentation and continuous optimization.
Problem-Solving: Identify systemic performance bottlenecks, technical marketing issues, and propose scalable, automation-first solutions.
