You are an expert in marketing strategy, brand visibility, and digital marketing.
10–12 years | Full-time | Bengaluru

What you will own?

  • Owns the marketing engine that drives demand generation and conversion. Revenue ownership is not part of this role.
  • Leads demand generation strategy across omnichannel execution, paid marketing, account-based programs, influencer partnerships, social media, SEO, and AI visibility.
  • Owns brand collaborations, merchandise initiatives, and event strategy and execution.

What Makes You Fit:

  • Expertise in building strong brand visibility with speed and consistency.
  • 5+ years of experience owning demand generation at a leadership level, including building or scaling teams.
  • Strong ability to leverage AI to improve speed, efficiency, and execution quality.
  • A go-getter mindset with the willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
  • Ability to work closely with the founder, learn quickly, and scale ideas into execution.

What Success Looks Like?

30 Days - Observe & Align
  • Get hold of existing demand channels, performance, and conversion gaps across internal and client projects.
  • Map the customer journey and understand where conversion and revenue are leaking.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and understand client challenges and expectations.
60 Days - Launch, Activate & Optimize
  • Identify and resolve blockers impacting conversion across growth systems.
  • Work closely with the founder to execute expansion strategies.
  • Lead the marketing, demand generation, and execution teams end-to-end.
90 Days - Show the Numbers
  • Build acquisition systems that improve conversion quality across omnichannel.
  • Connect demand performance directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Connect systems, accountability, and execution.
