You will initiate outreach, identify potential prospects, and schedule qualified meetings and a senior sales member take it and bring it to closure.

What you will own?
- Identify and research prospects that align with our ideal client profile
- Initiate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings between prospects and the Sales team
- Track outreach activity, response rates, and meeting conversions to continuously improve approach
What Success Looks Like?
30 Days - Learn the Landscape & Begin Outreach:
- Understand our offering, target client profile, and value proposition
- Begin building a prospect list and launch outreach campaigns
- Schedule your first qualified meeting with the Sales team within the 15 days and continue the momentum
60 Days - Build Momentum & Refine the Approach:
- Consistently generate 2 qualified meetings per week
- Develop a repeatable outreach cadence that improves response and conversion rates
90 Days - Drive Consistent Pipeline Growth
- Minimum of 8-9 qualified leads a month
- 40-50% prospect-to-meeting conversion rate
