What is this job all about?
You are responsible for generating new leads. Interaction with prospects to understand requirements, identify their pain points, and suggest suitable service offerings. Respond to RFI/ RFPs, prepare, present the advantages of the solution & business cases to drive the discussions from qualification till closure.
- Must have - Good command over CRM and Office 365 tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Pre-sales.
- Good to have - Prospect interaction, Communicating with prospects in the US, UX Design and Software Engineering industry insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aggressive & hunting attitude for achieving the target.
- Closure mentality and aspiration for earning more incentive than the basic pay.
- Good understanding of achieving client success.
Your job consists of
- Aggressively hunt for new leads.
- Operate with a sense of urgency and be assertive to achieve the lead target.
- Focus on US market.
- Lead acquisition through data mining, cold calling, campaigns, and qualifying.
- Interact with prospects to understand requirements, identify their pain points, and suggest suitable service offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to identify areas of opportunity.
- Provide precise inputs gathered from the prospects for presentation, proposal, and POC.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities from the personal network as well as the company’s lead generation activities.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs, prepare, and present the advantages of the solution & business cases to drive the discussions from qualification to negotiation.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Management. MBA will be a plus.
