What is this job all about?

You are responsible for mining new qualified contacts using various 3rd party tools, which will be the primary database source for Pepper Square Digital Marketing activities.


  • Must have - Good command over Office 365 tools.
  • Good to have - Experience working on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and Pre-sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aggressive & hunting attitude for achieving the target.
  • Closure mentality and aspiration for earning more incentive than the basic pay.

Your job consists of

  • Aggressively hunt for new qualified contacts.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and be assertive to achieve the lead target.
  • B2B market research.
  • Responsible for developing and nurturing a prospective client pipeline, and increasing the number of people in the sales funnel.
  • Focus on the US market.
  • Lead acquisition through data mining, cold calling, campaigns, and qualifying.
  • Database management.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to identify areas of opportunity.

Qualification: Masters in Business Administration or Management.
