Job description
  • Develop business case to expand business in existing accounts/create new accounts
  • Should be proactive, seize opportunities and offer solution to improve the win ratio
  • Collaborate with delivery and sales team for account mining
  • Interact with sales, delivery leaders and also with client teams to understand requirements in the digital industry, identify the current pain points, transformation areas and design solutions
  • Prepare, present and defend the solution & business case with client
  • Respond to RFI/RFPs, and manage the opportunity till closure
  • Develop proposal and drive the discussions with customer along with sales & delivery teams
  • Develop reusable digital artifacts based on experience, from solution to standardization, and accelerate future needs
Desired profile
  • We are looking for smart, passionate and energetic candidates, who are articulate, work independently and within teams
  • Thorough understanding of the entire sales life cycle including pre-sales process
  • Should have participated in supporting large digital and UX & UI sales closures
  • Must be result-oriented with a strategic approach in proposing digital solutions
  • Experience in nurturing leads from various international markets such as USA, Europe and APAC
  • Self-driven and enjoy closing deals
  • Highly motivated with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel onsite for solution presentation, due diligence, requirements workshops and consulting engagements
  • Responsible for understanding & analyzing the prospect/client’s business and technical requirements. Manage the complete opportunity process from qualification till closure
