Design
Design is a combination of form and function. To the designer, great design is beautiful design. A significant amount of effort must be placed into making the product attractive.
To the client, great design is effective. It must bring in customers and meet the goals put forth to the designer in the original brief.
Finally, to the user, great design is functional. It’s easy to read, easy to use and easy to get out of it what was promised.
Truly great design is when these three perspectives are considered and implemented equally to create a final product that is beautiful, effective and functional.

Job responsibilities :
- As a Creative Director, you will head our creative team of content writers, designers and digital strategist to help them deliver cutting-edge user experience and functional excellence in creating best in class interactive solutions.
- You will be responsible for developing every aspect of creative solutions from concept to completion, based on the client's strategic objectives.
- Should understand the client's business objectives, assess method and pitch concepts to clients.
- Meet the creative team and the engagement mangers to conceptualize ideas, assign work and ensure that the strategic objectives of the client are being met.
- Bring a creative viewpoint to the wider project cycle management and ensure implementation of strategies.
- Set the standards for workplace behavior, emphasizing teamwork and professional development.
Desired profile :
- Should have minimum 5 years of experience in creative writing and/or design.
- Masters/Bachelor of Fine Arts from an accredited university.

- Ideate and produce designs after understanding the client's brand and product requirements
- Translate ideas into Web Application User interface and Flash animation
Desired profile :
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, CorelDraw and Illustrator
- Firm understanding of information architecture and interaction design
- In depth knowledge in visual/interface design, motion graphics and interaction design
- Flash Action scripting experience preferred
- HTML knowledge is preferred not mandatory
Usability Expert (Bangalore, India) - 1

5+ years in user experience and user interface

Job responsibilities :
- Define user experience (UX) strategies for websites, e-commerce sites, SaaS based platforms, mobile and tablet apps and web based software products.
- Evaluate user interactions, conduct usability studies and present findings and recommendations in a usability report that drives design improvements.
- Develop user interface (UI) guidelines and define visual design strategy based on content consumption and the changing technology requirement.
- Develop visual storyboards using Balsamiq and create the entire Information Architecture.
- Responsible for all client communication related to UX & UI.
Desired profile :
- In-depth knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.
- Superior written and verbal communication.
