Job responsibilities :
- Manager, Delivery Assurance will have end-to-end responsibility and accountability for managing large and complex customer engagements.
- Managing team across multiple projects; understand and communicate business and project implications of client's business to all the teams.
- Tracking project costs and managing budgets.
- Monitoring project progress and communicating project status to all stakeholders (internal & external).
- Monitoring team performance and involve in the performance review process.
- Serves as an escalation point for issues involving project delivery.
Desired profile :
- 4-6 years experience in online industry.
- Should have managed online/web-based projects as Project Manager/leader.
- Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good Interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.
